Large San Shou

This form is a two person form that works on learning how the body (torso) moves with foot work. It works primarily with large circle and is a collection of two person partnered drills.

The second level of the form uses small circle and is more technique oriented.


Small San Shou

A two person form that trains the reaction of the arms. This is more small circle oriented and  closer to technique.
